We have deliberately created a 'working day' style format and are targetting at it workers to raise visibility and participation at events that may not be on their radar.

Cultivate has been working alongside People Create in delivering a national Leadership Development programme for individuals within the cultural, creative and hertiage sectors.

Cultivate recently worked with People Create and delivered a workshop in Networking and Relationship Building to seventeen crafts directors and curators from across the UK. We explored mapping and developing our existing networks, harnessing the power of our networks before moving on to explore social media and building a global presence online.

We have been very busy looking after invite list, which is proving to be a bit of a hot ticket. It is now officially closed! This Thursday the Northern Art Prize judges get together to cogitate, debate, infuriate no doubt! We have run a poll over on www.northernartprize.org.uk for fun, and wonder whether the judges will pick the same winners as the pollsters.
